Eastern European Songs and Dances

Join us for the 44th Annual Harrison Festival of the Arts. We are excited to welcome everyone back to Harrison this year. For full details on the festival such as Schedule, Music Lineup, Children’s Day, the Artisan Market and more… continue on to the Hompage.

Eastern European Songs and Dances

Polky | Harrison Festival
Polky

Come join Canada’s own women-led Eastern European band Polky as they take you on a musical journey to Poland, the melting pot of Eastern and Central Europe, with Ukrainian, Jewish, and Slovak musical influences.

You got questions, we got answers! Have a read of the following to gain an idea of what the night will look like.

Where will the Workshop be?

In Harrison at 290 Esplanade Ave. The Harrison Memorial Hall

How Long will the workshop Last

Workshops typically last one hour.

What COVID-19 precautions are in place to curb transmission.

All current BC Public Health Orders will be reflected in the Festival’s COVID policies.

Will I be required to wear a mask?

At this time, masks will not be mandatory for indoor or outdoor events, however, as we know, things may change by the time of the performance. Keep up to date with our COVID policies available on our website.

Will there be bathrooms available?

Yes, bathrooms with either hand sanitizer or soap and water will be available.

Where do I park?

There is lots of parking just outside the venue. We recommend coming early though to get spots closer to the venue. Pay parking will be in effect.

Will seating be provided?

Yes!

Will I be able to buy my pass at the door?

Yes, attendance is by donation ($2 Min).

If I don’t feel well, am experiencing any symptoms, or have been exposed to a known case of COVID-19, will I get my money back if I don’t come.

We really don’t want any sign of this virus anywhere near us, so don’t let the price of the ticket stop you from doing the right thing. We’ll get you your money back, just get in touch and we’ll figure it out. email info@harrisonfestival.com
