Discovery is the beauty of music. It reveals itself in layers. Such is the evolution of 2020 JUNO Award winner, Celeigh Cardinal. With a confident voice and boundless energy, Cardinal owns a stage, connecting deeply with her audience through humour, passion and love. Whether sweetly strumming an acoustic guitar or leading her talented band, she commands our attention. Her singing is rich and deep with a burnished maturity and a nimble technical virtuosity that wraps itself around notes with a purr, a snarl or something in the middle. With two full-length albums completed, and a future release in the planning stages, Cardinal is poised to expand her profile which already includes awards from the 2020 Juno Awards, the 2018 Western Canadian Music Awards, multiple Edmonton Music Awards, and recently she received two nominations for the 2020 Western Canadian Music Awards for Indigenous Artist of the Year and Songwriter of the Year.

Celeigh has performed across North America and internationally, including Reeperbahn in Germany, and tours in The Netherlands, Denmark and Sweden.

Where will the show be?

In Harrison at 290 Esplanade Ave. The Harrison Memorial Hall

How long will the concert be?

Our Hall Performances are typically two 45 min sets with an intermission in the middle

Will I be required to wear a mask?

At this time, masks will not be mandatory for indoor or outdoor, however, as we know, things may change by the time of the performance. Keep up to date with our COVID policies available on our website.

Will I be able to grab a drink and a snack at the show?

Yes, we will have a licenced bar and concession open at the show.

Will I be able to buy a CD or talk to the artist after the show?

It depends on the artist. We will have an area set up just for this, but it depends on how comfortable each artist feels about it and if they bring merch to sell. We usually find out about merch the day of, but we will update this when we know more. If merch is available, We are able to accept cash, debit or credit.

Will I be able to sit beside my friends?

Yes, Festival seating is first come first serve though.

Will there be bathrooms available?

Yes, bathrooms with either hand sanitizer or soap and water will be available.

Where do I park?

There is lots of parking just outside the venue. We recommend coming early though to get spots closer to the venue. Pay parking will be in effect.

Will seating be provided?

Yes! For indoor shows, we ask that patrons that would prefer to sit and enjoy sit near the back, and those that like to get up and dance, sit near the front.

I’m not up for seeing a live performance yet, can I watch online?

No, this year’s festival will not be available online.

Will I be able to buy my ticket at the door?

Yes, we will be able to process last-minute sales at the door if tickets are still available. We accept Debit, Credit and cash!
There are no tickets required if the show is on the beach.

If I don’t feel well, am experiencing any symptoms, or have been exposed to a known case of COVID-19, will I get my money back if I don’t come.

We really don’t want any sign of this virus anywhere near us, so don’t let the price of the ticket stop you from doing the right thing. We’ll get you your money back, just get in touch and we’ll figure it out. email info@harrisonfestival.com

What do I need to bring?

You’ll need to bring your ticket which you should receive in an email after purchasing. You can either print it out or you can open it on your phone for us to scan. If that fails, we can always check you in without it too. Other than that, bring your dancing shoes if the show calls for it and your good vibes!
