Performances
Hall Stage:
Swinging Belles | 11:45am & 1:45pm
2024 JUNO award winners, The Swinging Belles, are a swing band for kids from St. John’s, NL. They are intent on getting both kids and adults to kick up their heels and have a swinging good time! The multi-award winning band features child educators and performers Laura Winter and Erin Power joined by guitarist extraordinaire Duane Andrews. At the core of the Belles’ philosophy is the belief that children are brilliant beings that respond to and are inspired by music that celebrates their intelligence, their innate musicality, and their expansive imagination. They prioritize creating musical experiences that both kids and their families can enjoy together. They’ve been spreading their music all across Canada and beyond, with gigs stretching from the Labrador Creative Arts Festival, Winnipeg Folk Festival, The Calgary International Children’s Festival to La Semaine Acadienne in France.
Outdoor Stage:

Boris Sichon is one of the Fraser Valley’s most beloved musicians. Currently living in Mission, the Ukraine-born percussionist and multi-instrumentalist is an avid collector of musical instruments, to say the least, with a collection that now numbers around 400 instruments from around the world. His show for families engages children with the sounds and rhythms from many cultures, and opens young people up to the joy of music making and to exploring their own curiosity with sound.
Cosmo Circus |11:00am-11:30am & 1:15pm-1:45pm
Now based in Mission, Norden the Magician has toured the entire province and has performed in over 200 towns, cities and districts across BC. After over 20 years of performing, Norden is known as one of the top children’s magicians in the entire country, and is the only Canadian magician in history to win the top award for Children’s Magic for 15 years. His humor filled show and his wacky behaviour delights children and adults of all ages.
