to Become an Artisan with the Harrison Festival Society
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You are what makes this Festival so very special! We couldn’t do it without you.
If you have indicated payment by credit card or online invoice, the Harrison Festival Society will contact you shortly to process payment. Please note that your application is not complete until payment of the $10.50 jury fee is processed (July Artisan Market Only). Since emails sometimes go astray, if you have not heard from us within 10 business days, please contact the Festival office by calling 604.796.3664 or emailing info(at)harrisonfestival.com.
We thank you in particular for your interest in becoming an Artisan at either our Harrison Festival of the Arts, Winter Craft, or both.
Receipt of your application does not imply acceptance as an Artisan.
We will process your application as quickly as possible and get back to you with further details about the jury/selection process.
In the meantime, just continue to create the beautiful works that you do and please ensure that you review the checklist below so that your application is complete:
- You’ve completed ALL fields in either the online application form, or the downloadable PDF application, and submitted to our office at the Harrison Festival Society;
- You’ve provided your correct payment information on the form so that it can be processed as soon as you’re accepted by the jury;
- You’ve uploaded photos of your product(s) using the online form, or emailed them along with a downloadable PDF application;
- Your products include food or body care products and so you’ve mailed us samples (samples are non-returnable).
- You’ve decided to pay your jury fee and the cost of any market booths or tables. Also, you’ve either mailed us a cheque (a separate cheque for jury fee, and separate cheques for each market if attending both) OR
- You’ve decided to pay your jury fee of $10.50 by credit card (NOTE: Credit card payments will be processed manually when we receive your application. Credit card payments for booth and tables will be processed manually after you’ve been approved by our jury/selection process). Please note that jury fees will be charged for the 2026 Festival.
If you have not heard from us by May 1st (oops) it may mean your application has gone awry. Even with computers, this sometimes happens. If so, you should contact our office at 604.796.3664 to ensure we received it.
